R&E provides a variety of research and evaluation services, and their primary areas of focus are: participatory action research, evaluation for social impact, and technical assistance/capacity building for community based organizations that share a commitment to social justice and equity. R&E applies rigorous techniques in evaluation, with cultural sensitivity and deep community roots to help organizations, philanthropy and public agencies make greater impact.
