APAIT’s mission is to positively impact the quality of life for medically underserved communities living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS and other health disparities through culturally competent and linguistically appropriate programs in Southern California. APAIT’s vision is to advocate, educate and achieve optimal health and well-being for medically underserved communities. -

- Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System (HOPICS)
Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System (HOPICS) offers an integrated approach to addressing mental health issues, substance abuse treatment, reentry needs and homeless and housing assistance. HOPICS is the designated Community Assessment Service Center for LA County SPA 6 and the South Central Homeless Drop-In Center. Services are provided to individuals and families in South Los Angeles and surrounding areas. -

- PACIFIC ASIAN ALCOHOL AND DRUG PROGRAM (PAADP)
The Pacific Asian Alcohol and Drug Program provides culturally and linguistically appropriate services for individuals, families and communities impacted by alcohol and drug abuse, addiction and dependence. -

- PROJECT 180
Project 180 is a forensic treatment program providing in-jail and community based services for offenders. Project 180 delivers evidenced-based programming to decrease recidivism and improve the quality of life for previously incarcerated men and women. Families and the community are also a priority, and staff work closely with court and probation to ensure that the diversion and re-entry programs provide safety and support for all. Community services are provided in Downtown Los Angeles near Little Tokyo. -

- WEBER COMMUNITY CENTER (WCC)
The Weber Community Center provides comprehensive outpatient mental health and substance abuse services to youth aged 0-21. The program targets at risk children and youth residing in Service Area 6 of Los Angeles County. All services are offered in English and Spanish. Probation referrals are welcome. Community service opportunities are provided free of charge. -
