1. This Holiday Season of Giving

CRS photoNovember 17, 2017 Did you know that charitable giving rises alongside the holiday spirit? More charitable donations are made at the end of the year than any other time. Along with the holiday spirit of giving comes the opportunity for folks to receive a tax break for the year. SSG is a unique human service agency with so many wonderful programs to support. A few of our divisions will be kick-starting the season of giving on social media by joining #GivingTuesday fundraising efforts. This annual ‘Day of Giving’ event takes place on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving and has helped to spread the charitable message of the year-end for non-profits. So if you’re feeling the giving spirit while you’re doing your holiday planning and preparations, please consider donating to our SSG divisions by clicking this link: www.ssg.org/donate. Happy Holidays!
